Registration Guide
Registering a pg99 account is one of the simplest things you'll ever do online. It takes less than 2 minutes and there are no registration fees. Before you hit the register button, though, here are a few things worth knowing so your pg99 experience gets off to the best possible start.
Pg99 is open to all adults in Malaysia who meet the following requirements. First, you must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. Second, each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning more than one account is a serious breach of terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with any balances held within them.
You must also ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and matches your official identity documents. This is important for the KYC process required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard procedure in the financial and gambling industry designed to verify user identities to prevent fraud and money laundering. At pg99, the KYC process is straightforward and can be completed directly in the app:
You can start playing and making deposits as soon as your phone number is verified. KYC is only required when you want to make your first withdrawal. This means you can try the platform first before completing full verification.
After successfully registering, there are a few steps we recommend to keep your pg99 account secure. Choose a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not use the same password for other accounts, especially your email or online banking.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. With 2FA, every login attempt from a new device will require an additional verification code sent to your phone — this effectively blocks unauthorized access even if someone knows your password.
As a new pg99 member, you are eligible to claim a range of welcome bonuses designed to give you the best possible start. pg99's welcome bonuses are among the most competitive in the Malaysian market, with values that can double your first deposit.
In addition to welcome bonuses, pg99 members also get access to ongoing promotions such as weekly reload bonuses, cashback on losses, slot tournaments with cash prizes, and a VIP programme that rewards loyal players with exclusive perks. All promotions have clear and transparent wagering requirements that can be reviewed in the Terms and Conditions us.
Many Malaysian players who have registered with pg99 report that the registration process is among the easiest compared to other platforms — no complicated questions, no lengthy procedures, and bonuses credited instantly after the first deposit with no need to contact support.
Once your account is active and your first deposit is processed, you have full access to the entire pg99 game library. Explore Slots from leading international providers, watch Wagering live sports, try your luck in Fish Shooting Games that excite you or visit Game Lobby for a complete overview of everything we offer.
For a smoother gaming experience, we recommend that you download the App pg99 is available for Android and iOS. Our app is optimised for mobile and delivers a gaming experience that is nearly identical to a laptop.
