Logging in to your pg99 account is your gateway to the entire online entertainment ecosystem you've chosen. The process is designed to be as simple and secure as possible — just enter your registered phone number or email address along with your password, and you're straight in.
If you're using a pg99 account for the first time after registering, you may find the account interface looks a little different from what you expected. This is because pg99 is designed to deliver a personalised experience — the dashboard shows the games you play most often, promotions relevant to your playing habits, and recommendations based on your favourite categories.
How to Log In from Multiple Devices
Pg99 is accessible from any device with an internet connection. Whether you're on a laptop at home, a smartphone on the go, or a tablet while relaxing — our platform is optimised for all screen sizes.
- Desktop / Laptop: Visit pg99.si directly from your preferred browser. Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari are all fully supported.
- Android: Download the pg99 app from the website App ours and install it directly on your Android device. Log in with the same account.
- iOS (iPhone/iPad): The pg99 app for iOS is available to download and delivers a smooth, responsive gaming experience.
- Shared Device: If you're using a shared computer or tablet, make sure to uncheck the "Remember Me" option and log out when you're done.
Common Login Issues and How to Fix Them
Sometimes players run into issues when trying to log in. This is common and most cases have a straightforward solution:
- Forgot Password: Click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number or email to complete the password reset process.
- Account Temporarily Locked: Your account may be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes or contact live chat support for immediate assistance.
- Not Receiving OTP: Make sure your phone number is active and has a good signal. Also check your email spam folder. If the OTP still hasn't arrived after 5 minutes, contact our support team.
- Password Not Accepted: Make sure you haven't accidentally turned on Caps Lock. Try typing your password manually without using your browser's autofill.
Pg99 support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via in-app live chat. If you run into any login issues you can't resolve on your own, don't hesitate to reach out — we're here to help.
Your pg99 Account Security
Pg99 takes player account security very seriously. Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, meaning all data transmitted between your device and pg99 servers cannot be intercepted or read by third parties.
Additionally, our system monitors every login attempt in real time. If it detects suspicious activity — such as a login from an unfamiliar location or a device never used before — you will receive an immediate notification and may be asked to re-verify your identity.
We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. With 2FA active, every new login requires an additional verification code sent to your phone — adding a strong layer of protection even if your password is ever compromised.
Pg99 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any message requesting your password on behalf of pg99, ignore it and report it to our support team immediately.
Login for Mobile Players
Malaysia has one of the highest smartphone penetration rates in Southeast Asia, and pg99 is built with mobile players in mind. The login interface in the pg99 app is optimised for one-handed use and supports auto-fill by your phone's password manager.
For players using an iPhone with Face ID or an Android device with fingerprint recognition, the pg99 app supports biometric authentication after the first login. This means you won't need to type your password every time — a fingerprint touch or face scan is all it takes to securely access your account.
Pro tip: Save pg99.si as a shortcut on your phone's home screen or install the pg99 app for quick access without typing the URL every time. It saves time and makes daily login effortless.
The Difference Between Login and Register
If you don't have a pg99 account yet, logging in won't work — you'll need to register first. Registration at pg99 is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Visit the Register to start the registration process and enjoy exclusive welcome bonuses waiting for new members.
Once you have successfully registered and verified your phone number, you can use the same phone number or email to log in on every subsequent visit. No need to create a new account — one account is all you need to access the entire pg99 platform.
